More about me:
I love travelling, meeting new people and to challenge myself. Travelling and working my way through many different continents; Europe, Australia, South America and Asia confronted me with amazing cultures and people and I became more and more open minded and interested in how others lived their lives. I made good friends all over the place and as a result have a ‘home’ in many countries around the world.

It all started during my traineeship as an office administrator after I finished school. I had the feeling I just had to get out and see the world.  The moment I graduated I booked a flight to Australia and my world travels continued from there.  I’ve done many things in my quest to gain both work and life experience; fruit picking and farm work in OZ, waitressing and events work across Europe, Au pairing in Scotland, and pure travel through Thailand to name but a few.  It all showed me how different the world can be and inspired me to be all that I can be.

My gap year lasted 24months!  But I did return to studies and a degree in International tourism management. This has given me the opportunity to combine my passion and my job. I’m now at the end of my degree and busy doing my internship with Chilli Adventures in South Africa.  I’ve become part of the family, am learning a lot, and loving it! Its fantastic to be able to help others take on a similar life changing experience and amazing adventure.  I  also seem to have acquired the Nickname ‘Squirrel’!  So if you call the Chilli Cape Town office – be sure to ask to speak to me!
