WHAT YOU GET & PAY

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Is the Career Training USA Program right for me?

A: Career Trainees can only be sponsored in the following categories: Management, Business, Commerce or Finance. Your education and work experience should support the training program being offered as well as your long-term career goals. (Please also see eligibility requirements for the Career Training program.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: What is the difference between a training program and a long-term job?

A: A training program will clearly involve learning and training of a formal nature. This must be on going and closely supervised as well as demonstrating the achievement of specific goals that will be evaluated periodically. This program is NOT a work program. The employer offering you a training program has to clearly define the methods of training.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: What is the length of the training program?

A: The Chilli Adventures Career Training program is for a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 18 months.  All of this time must be fully justified as necessary to achieving the goals set out in your employer's proposed training program.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: What can i do to get the ball rolling?

A: When applying for the independent self-placement option, you should forward Chilli Adventures the name, address and all contact information for your employer along with your application. Our US office will then contact your employer to asses suitability, confirm participation, and forward the necessary employer application forms for and training program guidelines.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: How long will the acceptance process take?

A: For the Independent option, a minimum of 8 weeks should be allowed from the time a COMPLETED application is submitted to the proposed start date of the training program. A complete application consists of the following:
