Am I Eligible?
You must meet all requirements below to be eligible for the Career Training USA program:

Be at least 20 years of age |
|
|
Have two years of college/university with courses in the same field as the training program OR work experience in the same field as the training program (must reflect business, finance, management and commerce) |
|
|
Fluent English language ability |
|
|
Sufficient funds to cover miscellaneous expenses until you receive your first stipend, we recommend at least $1500 - $2000 |
|
|
Must be the FIRST time doing a trainee J-1 visa |
|
|
Have a training position already arranged for the Independent Self- Placement option |

Who Is Not Eligible?
The Chilli Adventures Career Training program is not open to positions that are classified as "unskilled" by the State Department regulations. These positions include (but are not limited to) Waitrons, drivers, receptionists, Housekeepers, porters etc. Contact Chilli Adventures for further details and to see if the work that you’d like to do, qualifies.
NOTE: The Chilli Adventures Work Experience program to the USA DOES offer university students the opportunity to work in the USA in these types of ‘unskilled’ or seasonal jobs.

How to Apply
Applications accepted year-round
- Click HERE to get to the apply page. Register an account (you’ll need an email address) and complete an application on-line (it’ll take about 10mins). If you log out your application will be saved. And don’t worry, if you forget your password, simply give us a call – we know it!
- Send details of your prospective employer to your local Chilli Adventures office so that we can verify the companies suitability and interest.
- Once your application is completed your local Chilli Office will give you a call to go over any questions that you have and make arrangements for you to pay your application deposit and attend an interview with a local rep.
- You will also need to send us a signed program agreement, two completed reference questionnaires and passport photo (this can be taken at the Chilli offices too if necessary).
